An ex-adviser to President Trump has signaled he and as many as four others will not cooperate with the House Judiciary Committee's sweeping demand for documents.
Michael Caputo, a former aide with the campaign who will be interviewed on Fox News The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino on Wednesday afternoon, has already told the committee he does not have any relevant records and that he does not plan to testify in front of the panel, according to the Washington Post.
Caputo has also started off talks with four other people linked to the president who received a request from the committee to form a joint strategy of resisting requests, the Post reports.

Sean Spicer’s willingness to cooperate with this is an indication that he’s a bigger moron than I thought.
Maybe they could testify on the Fourth of July without being sworn under oath like Hillary and her criminal cabal were able to do. Maybe they could bleach bit the evidence and smash their hard drives and cell phones. Maybe they could plead the Fifth. Maybe they could just not “recall” anything. The Democrat precedents are endless.
Good for him...........now if the others would follow suit we could stop this crap! Let Schitthead and Tiny Nadler and mouth of South LA sit on it and spin!!!
I heard Sean Spicer said he will cooperate.
What a big surprise.......NOT!!!
And they forget that they are establishing a precedent that they whine and complain about later.
Good tell them to pound salt, that we the people will not cooperate until there is equal justice for all, ie re. the Obama years with Brennan, Holder, Clinton, Lynch, Clapper Comey, McCabe et al.
Yes.
And the targets of such subpoenas can prolong the legal process for longer than the two-year term of Congress.
Note that Eric Holder’s contempt citation was just thrown in the trash by the DOJ. Turnabout is fair play.
Good. Follow Eric Holders lead
Do a Lerner. Go in make a statement and plead the 5th.
I think the NRA was on that list. Wouldn’t it be interesting if a subpoena were issued and a half million armed members showed up?
I know one thing:
If Rand Paul was “invited” he would be there first thing in the morning with coffee for the committee.
Screw the rats every chance you get....
Is this a trick question? They’re the same.
PERFECT
That would be amazing.
“Refusing a Congressional subpoena is contempt of Congress, which is a misdemeanor.”
What happened to Eric Holder when he contempted Congress? Nothing.
Tell nasty Nadler to sick it.
