Naive. Very naive.

The President of the United States has more power than any King or dictator who has ever lived. If that President has the WILL, has the BALLS everything and anything is possible. If he dosen't have those qualities, we get excuses.

Seems to me that a lot of government agencies like the FBI, DOj, IrS, Cia do what they want and don't follow the orders of the president but instead have been trying to do a coup against the president(Comey,Clapper, rosenstein etc).

So Yes president Reagan was Right: Government is the problem. Government agencies or government is inherently corrupt as those few examples i just wrote proved. Other examples are the government schools, FDA, EPA etc.
