Finns are Slavs Um, no. They are Finnic, along with the Estonians and Livs.

Finns are Uralic, from over the Urals, older than slavs, non or pre indoeuropean. Lots of cousins across permafrost and also Saami Lapps. Finns call themselves Suomi.

Most of them arent either. Depends where in the country your ancestors are from.
There are Slavic Fins no matter WTH any of the others think here. And there are Scandinavian Fins.
