A charming notion. But I would not hold my breath waiting for any substantial action. The Democrats are absolute masters of hypocrisy and are able to contradict themselves three times in once sentence without missing a beat.
I believe that the Democrats do not really care about any of that stuff. It is all just for show. They don't care what people do as long as they help keep the Democrats in power. AOC is a disposable spear point in a factional dispute within the Democrat party. But her backers find her useful.

Thanks - I wiki’d Bose and while less clear, before WWII he was seeking independence for India from British rule - Wiki is unclear to what extent his efforts were violent or parliamentarian but he clearly did go with the Nazis although apparently somewhat ineffectual in his efforts.
