We Trumpers from the day he announced his run said “The problem is he is all alone and really has no Trump Party with the House and Senate to back him up.” Like Perot.

Sadly and sentimentally I recall Trump telling interviewers the various people in DC would gather to support him after he was elected. I said to myself “No, they won’t.” Same with the failed rivals (Kasich, Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz) who would unite with him. No they won’t. Cruz later helped.

In the last few days Ted has said he’s still figuring out if Trump National Emergency Declaration is Constitutional. He’s not exactly helping... He’s being the typical Ted.

Without exception, they have one thing in common: they are career politicians. And career politicians hate that Trump did not pay his party dues, get in line and wait his turn.
