They represent foreign nationals, drug gangs, plutocrats, communists, perverts, child killers and traitors.

Agree 100% with every point of your post. In my opinion this problem is not going to be solved without acts of extreme violence, and time is getting short.

McConnell can’t do anything about turn-coat RINOs and Rand Paul.

...or the GOPe...or the Bush leaguers....ALL of whom are REPUBLICANS!

This vote may wake up some people to the fact that the Republican party is an enemy of the American people,

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell: “in the Senate there will be votes to pass the resolution of disapproval”

Why does McConnell have to bring that counter-productive resolution of disapproval up for a vote? Why does he not table it for a few years?

The majority of people in the country want secure borders. How many victims do the Republicans need before they will take the necessary action to secure our borders?

How does our Congress plan to help the forgotten men and women of America? One death of an American killed by an illegal alien to one too many! Instead we have Americans dying of diseases being brought in by illegals (polio-like virus, resistant TB, STDs, HIV, typhoid, infectious diseases, and more). The illegals are bringing in drugs, MS-13 gang members, criminals, terrorists, slave prostitutes, etc. It is a big business. Democrats not want to help because they support a different country. But, why are some Republicans so timid and selfish? Doing nothing is not helping the many, many victims of these crimes.

We have a major national crisis on our hands because of uncontrolled and unsecured borders. Thousands of people continue to enter illegally, crimes are being committed, murders abound, and the problem keeps getting put on the back burner by some Republicans.

I would love to see what the anti-American Republicans consider more important. What excuses do these Republicans have for continuing to ignore the forgotten men and women of the USA? Let them eat cake?

McConnell should resign if he can’t even get support to defend our country. This stinks to high Heaven

I have always been nauseated by that creep. If he got run over by a truck and suffered for weeks before he croaked I would be ecstatic with joy.

In the last few days Ted has said he’s still figuring out if Trump National Emergency Declaration is Constitutional. He’s not exactly helping... He’s being the typical Ted.

McConnell can't resign, because the Chinese will take away his father in law's shipping company and kick his sister in law off the board of the Bank of China.

From the article:

You will note that Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid never brought up a bill that democrat President Obama would have to intentionally veto. Leader Reid protected his leadership. Whereas Mitch McConnell leaves his leadership undefended.

This is the reply I received from my congressman, Thomas Massie. Massie has been one of the five best congressmen we have. His position shocks and dismays me. He is the last in DC that I expected to place the dagger in my and DJT’s back.

Thomas Massie
4th District
Kentucky

Congress of the United States
House of Representatives

March 4, 2019
March 4, 2019

Michael L. Russell
2924 Lenoxburg Foster Rd
Foster, KY 41043-9709

Dear Michael,

Thank you for contacting me regarding H.J. Res. 46, a joint resolution terminating the national emergency declared by the President on February 15, 2019. I appreciate hearing from you and understand your position.

I oppose illegal immigration and fully support President Trump’s efforts to construct a border wall. Our failure to secure the border presents an urgent threat to our national security. On December 20th, 2018, for example, I voted in favor of adding $5 billion in border wall funding to the government funding bill (H.R. 695). Unfortunately, President Trump ultimately decided to sign a spending bill that did not provide full funding for the border wall.

I strongly support President Trump and fully support the wall, but I could not vote against H.J. Res. 46.

I took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. Article I, section 9, clause 7 of our Constitution clearly states: “No money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in consequence of appropriations made by law . . . . .” The Constitution clearly and specifically assigns to Congress alone the “power of the purse,” and the authority to control and direct the allocation of taxpayer dollars. It does not allow for an “emergency” exception by which the President may simply declare an emergency and then allocate money however he so chooses.

I understand that you may disagree with my vote. However, please know that I share your anger and frustration regarding the crisis on our border, and will work to protect our border and build a wall in a way that is consistent with the United States Constitution.
Sincerely,

Thomas Massie
Member of Congress

I’ve been wondering which of the two major parties would disappear first.

Now I know.

When do we start shooting the traitors?
...................................

When the shooting starts there should be a list published of the principal leaders of the leftist attempt to destroy our Constitutional Republic, and those traitors should be the first to experience the wrath of the righteous. DIAS IRAE!

I posted this before, and it bears repeating:

Now you can be principally correct, but in doing so, you will lose the Republic.

I have come to believe that there are certain real emergencies that do call for choosing survival over principle.

This Presidential action is but a mere drop in the bucket of what would actually be required to restore the Republic.
Sadly, “patriots” like Rand chose his principles over his children’s survival.

Oh, and by the way, the Constitution was intended ONLY for a deeply religious and moral people.

Pretending you can apply those checks and balances NOW in the face of a DIRE EMERGENCY threatening the future of our country is sheer folly.

This will never survive a veto. Here are the Republican Senators up for reelection in 2020:

Lamar Alexander (R-Tennessee)
Shelley Moore Capito (R-West Virginia)
Bill Cassidy (R-Louisiana)
Susan Collins (R-Maine)
John Cornyn (R-Texas)
Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas)
Steve Daines (R-Montana)
Mike Enzi (R-Wyoming)
Joni Ernst (R-Iowa)
Cory Gardner (R-Colorado)
Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina)
Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Mississippi)
James Inhofe (R-Oklahoma)
Jon Kyl (R-Arizona)
Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky)
David Perdue (R-GA)
Jim Risch (R-Idaho)
Pat Roberts (R-Kansas)
Mike Rounds (R-South Dakota)
Ben Sasse (R-Nebraska)
Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska)
Thom Tillis (R-North Carolina)

If everyone of them voted to override the veto and no other Republican crossed lines, the veto would win.

This is for the sole purpose of taking the National Emergency off the table, they know the Democrats will use it for their campaigns.

Impeachment is a check and balance that Congress has on the other two branches. There is no check on Congress other than from criminal investigations from the Justice Department.

The Constitution says that each chamber of Congress is to judge the qualifications of its members, and it takes a 2/3rds vote to expel a member.

Some of these issues are gut instinct, plus a short bit of paying attention. Ted doesn’t display the reflexive Conservative reaction to issues that I have. It troubles me and has for some time now.

I like your screen name...

I don’t think shooting will or should start, but if it does, it’s the cowardice of people like McConnell that would be responsible for it.

Fortune hates the weak.

If Massie was Davy Crockett, he would declare that while he fully supported Texas Independence, he can’t ignore that Santa Anna is following Mexican law.
