Link to an amazing two hour long speech by POTUS at CPAC for those who missed it. He covered every base, including an appearance by Hayden Williams, the young man who "took a punch for all of us!" at a conservative recruitment drive on the Berkley campus. POTUS announced he will be signing a EO which will remove all federal funding from any university which fails to support freedom of speech.
I know. I understand the specific gripes people have. I just seemed a shame to me that that is what became the topic of conversation instead of that excellent speech.
It was a totally fabulous speech. SOTU speech was too, but this was more informal and joky. And the crowd was different.
I am not in the habit of watching speeches, but I found it highly entertaining.
I found myself openly grinning as I watched...love hearing him tell it like it is...sarcasm and all!
