High School Gun Clubs would be great to back. Here is a sport real girls and boys can compete against each other in, without worrying the sexually confused having a physical advantage. Bring back guns and girls sports in one swoop.

Agreed. Such clubs could be an aspect of the High School ROTC program. Girls could be invited to participate on a non-obligation basis for those who had no military inclinations. I expect young girls would be very competitive; a win-win for both sexes.
While I do not support females being exposed to the rigors and demands of traditional combat roles, times are evolving. Necessarily, there are today many "combat roles" that are performed for an 8 hour work day at monitors in safe parts of the world - and the keyboard/mouse occasionally has a "trigger".
