Chief Justice John Roberts' recent votes aligning with the Supreme Courts liberal wing have raised questions about whether a widely anticipated "conservative revolution" on the nation's highest court will materialize anytime soon.
On Wednesday, Roberts sided with a 5-3 majority decision to send a case concerning a death row inmate back to a lower court. In February, Roberts was the key vote in temporarily blocking a Louisiana law that would have placed restrictions on abortion clinics.
And in December, Roberts voted to block President Trump from rejecting asylum to any immigrants who had crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally.

Threat of death often motivates one. Scalia wasnt afraid of death. Im not sure yet about the older, wiser Kavanaugh. I am sure about Roberts.
Hes still forever under the blackmail because the Machine can force him to step down or impeach him on the basis of international child trafficking, even now that his kids cant be taken away. You can still be arrested for child trafficking years after the fact. Now its about his career and freedom. Plus, his own politics probably end at the end of his nose anyway. Its a cushy life hes got.

The 5-4 conservative majority is false - with lefty Roberts, Kavanaugh leans left also and so the real make up when push comes to shove is 6-3 liberal. When DJT’s case on the border wall comes up, they will vote against it.
I suspect the kids are not of Irish origin....blackmail....threats...
