House Democrats are leading an effort to vote in the dead of the night to take away the Second Amendment rights of millions of Americans.
According to Breitbart, Democrats are planning to advance legislation that would criminalize private gun sales between owners.
The disturbing and vastly overreaching legislation is expected to be put to a floor vote in the House this week — and there’s hardly any media attention on this issue.
Most Americans have no idea about this measure and what the Democratic-controlled U.S. House of Representatives is about to vote on.
Democrats introduced H.R. 8, which is in honor of the January 2011 attack on Gabby Giffords, where she was shot during a campaign event.

Gabby was shot by a mentally unstable man law enforcement knew about for a long time and did nothing about. The man was a radical leftist liberal who shot Giffords because she was not liberal enough for him, in his own words.

The US Senate will not pass it, and POTUS Trump will veto it. It goes nowhere. But the fact they’re doing it, means we’re in an *almost full-blown war* with socialism/communism/fascism/marxism and anarchism.
They can do this crap in the dead of night or the light of day.. it will NOT get through the Senate, and in the off-chance that it did, Trump would veto it. It, like everything else the dems do, is nothing more than a bone to throw at their frothing left base. It will go nowhere.
