An 81-year-old man was allegedly attacked in New Jersey by someone who confronted him for wearing one of President Trump's "Make America Great Again" hats.

Somerset County prosecutors said that the man was assaulted at a supermarket after being confronted by the alleged assailant over the hat, according to a local NBC affiliate.

The victim had minor injuries from the alleged attack and refused medical treatment, the outlet reported, citing local prosecutors.

Yea. It really bothers me that in hat incidences, nobody comes to the aid of a victim. And the victims always seem to be kids, women or old men.

I see old guys wearing the hats in stores from time to time. I think chances of attack are pretty low around here since this really is "MAGA country" in these parts. Though going by the looks and vibe they're putting out any attacker will probably be the one in deep dookey - those guys look like killers. Combat veterans would be my guess. And I'm in an area that has a lot of them.
