Their weapons were taken from them by a dictator violating the laws of Venezuela.
So, was there a “right” to posses arms in Venezuela? Or was it just an “It’s okay if you have a gun but...........” kind of deal. I didn’t find it in a quick look around the web but somebody may know off the top of their head and have a ref.
