I had an old Air Force missile guy in high school who taught math in the 1980’s. He would tell us about primary and secondary targets if it came to WWIII.
Primary: Command & Control, Washington DC, NYC, the Pentagon, Omaha, bomber bases, land based ICBM’s bases and naval bases which would have any SSBN’s in port. Anything that they could take out in a first strike that we would hit them back with or be able to tell our guys, hit’em back.
Secondary targets would be other military bases without strategic nukes and naval assets. On down the list cities that built tanks or nukes, Detroit, Oak Ridge, Los Alomos...
All this crap Vlad is spewing is for internal consumption and to get any Americans they can to piss themselves. They Soviets did the same thing and Reagan ignored them and deployed the missiles and bombs. What is the kicker is that the Trump Russian collusion BS created for domestic politics consumption at some point my tie Trumps hands in dealing with the Russians. Something reasonable for both sides may not be doable with all this collusion BS.
The kicker is that is was actually the accusing democrats who were colluding with the Russians. No big surprise of course since they are notoriously the party of treason. No way in hell would the Russians have preferred a strong on defense team like Trump/Pence over a pathetically weak democrat one. Especially at a time like this when they are trying to basically bring back the evil empire.
