1.) Cohen does not have the authority to decree a matter criminal.

2.) Paying hush money is not a crime.

3.) All politicians spend money to effect an election, to use the prosecutor’s language.

Wasn't there recently a big deal made about a fund that was setup for Washington politicians designed to make payoffs for "Bimbo Eruptions.?"
The complaint was it was basically tax dollars they were using to pay prostitutes..?

Hmmm, it seems that if paying “hush money” is a crime, we have several members of Congress using taxpayer money to do the same thing and should also be investigated and tried.
