Slightly off topic but between the New York and Virginia bills I am not aware of any restrictions on how the new born may be killed. Shoot? Drown? Stab?

Slightly off topic but between the New York and Virginia bills I am not aware of any restrictions on how the new born may be killed. Shoot? Drown? Stab?...an excellent point - one I wish some upstart journalist had asked governor Northam in his gibberish press conference trying to defend the bill in Virginia a few weeks ago.....
