This is an outright lie. Attempted crossings and apprehensions are actually up, so just because illegals aren’t successfully making it across as much doesn’t mean they’ve stopped trying. Currently the border patrol has its hands full with apprehensions, and a Wall would ease the burden on them.
They’re ex employees so they have no say. Maybe they’re ex for a reason.

Do these people still have security clearances? If so, then Trump should immediately pull them.
