Article 233 of the Venezuelan Constitution:
When an elected President becomes permanently unavailable to serve prior to his inauguration, a new election by universal suffrage and direct ballot shall be held within 30 consecutive days. Pending election and inauguration of the new President, the President of the National Assembly shall take charge of the Presidency of the Republic.
That the “elected President becomes permanently unavailable” was never the case to begin with. But if article 233 did apply, Guaido had 30 days to hold new elections. The 30 days are now over, and Guaido did not even call for elections to be held. He thereby defied the exact same paragraph of the constitution that his (false) claim to the presidency is based on.
Everything else at this point is the same NeoCon BS that destroyed nations, killed millions, exiled millions & bankrupted us more.

Still not our business. In case you haven’t noticed for about 22 trillion in debt, I don’t even know how many wars we have going right at the moment in Africa the Middle East and Central Asia, and we’re in the middle I’m an intelligence Community coup against the president. We also happen to have all of Central America and Mexico pouring into the country.
Venezuela is imploding all by itself. We don’t need Pence the neocon running down there throwing hands full of cash and getting US forces into it.
In addition to the Russians there are lots of Iranians in Venezuela...
I don’t really care about everything that people are talking about, what I am looking at and no one is paying attention about is Piracy that is being conducted from their coast and the flood of poor that is destabilizing the entire region and displacing others that are fleeing to our border.
Our armed forces went there before for this exact reason, their treatment of their own people have enormous impacts on our interests.
We can’t permit them to become a criminal state with a land bridge to the United States.
So what’s your concept? Don’t we look around the world and anytime we locate minerals, oil, or other resources we might be interested in, we launch some kind of regime change operation? That doesn’t sound like anything jefferson-madison or Washington would recognize.
Monroe Doctrine. It’s our business but it has to be done smart. Instability in our hemisphere is what leads to the caravans and flood of illegals. More importantly, the Chicoms,Russkies and Cubans need to be shown who is BOSS and GTFO.
That’s just willfully denying reality to think wars in other places are a method to reduce refugees pouring into America. The exact opposite is the case. Justified or not, every war we have results in mass immigration from that country into America, exactly like the Romans experienced. Iraqi, afghans, somalis from Black Hawk Down, Vietnamese, Laotian, Salvadoran, Guatemalan, you name it.
Play with a turd, and you want it with poop on your fingers. The way to stop immigration from there is not to go change their government, it’s to build the wall.
I always hear people mention the Monroe Doctrine. They always forget to include the other half of it, that we would stay out of the Affairs of Europe and that hemisphere.
