What’s really needed is for Congress to remove the lures that entice people to come here. There’s not much DHS can do about the numbers coming our way until Congress does its job.

What’s really needed is for Congress to remove the lures that entice people to come here. Can't be said often enough. Take away their (stolen) jobs, food stamps, and welfare checks, and they'll all beat feet back to Mexico.
Turning off the magnet will also end new border crossings. We wouldn't even need a wall if we just did that.
