Probably 1978. Remember when the feeders froze solid and we could not get coal flow? it was like one big black popsicle in all the pipes, and the time You-know-who decided to shut down the plant for maintainence because HIS weather man said it would be nice while OUR TV weathermen said it would be colder than Alaska? So he ordered the plant shut down and everything froze solid. I was beating on wires and for the first time it was warmer in the precipitator than outside.
