A careful reading of the Declaration reveals the chain of abuses went from non-lethal to lethal abuses. It was the lethal abuse that triggered the justification for rebellion.

The abuses of the left need to be enumerated with a demand of immediate correction on pain of expulsion of said county from the union. We are not seceding they are going to do it to themselves.
