I don’t believe that for a minute. I think a poll a couple weeks ago showed Trump’s approval rating among Independents even higher than with GOPs. Around 80%, IIRC. (Or maybe I heard it wrong ...)
Never been associated with either party. Voted for Reagan, Perot, and Trump. Never sent a penny to any politician. Sent money to Trump twice.
