I think that the REAL PROBLEM is the white, largely male, leadership of the Democrat Party is simply UNCOMFORTABLE with an Hispanic woman having so much power. They feel threatened by it, and are thus lashing out and trying to discredit her.

Um... this isn’t a belief. It is scientific fact, determined by experiment and observation. Plants do, in fact, use CO2. In turn, everything else that consumes plants directly or indirectly incorporates CO2 into their bodies in the form of lipids, carbohydrates, and protein. The misguided efforts to remove CO2 from the atmosphere is actually removal of biomass.
The efforts to control climate by getting rid of CO2 are very literally an existential threat to life on earth.
