She authored the majority decision that came down yesterday. She’s back at work or else Roberts, et al. are all in on the conspiracy. And I for one say more power to her. She’s going to keep that job as long as she wishes, despite those on the left (under Obama) and now some on the right (under Trump) desiring her to quit or, I suppose, drop dead.
I’m just asking for proof of life. Is that really so hard to provide? Maybe a pic with today’s paper? Otherwise I have to assume that there is skullduggery afoot.
Her clerks are doing all the work. I doubt she had very much to do with writing the majority opinion except provide general guidance and some editing. The Dems want her to stay on the job as long as possible and resign only when there is a Dem in the WH.
RBG is a partisan hack who disregards the Constitution and legislates from the bench. The Dems never miss when it comes to nominating justices. They never stray from liberal orthodoxy. RBG is clearly not well, but she intends to hang on to prevent Trump from nominating her replacement. RBG is just a figurehead and place holder.

authoring can be done by her staff. just because she signed her name or whatever doesn’t prove the lady is well and capable of truly doing her work.
years ago I had to deal with a postal worker (she was many times the only one assisting the customers) she was extrememly slow in her job and the line would take forever. I questioned another postal worker one day the usual one was not there saying how slow she was and wrong to make customers wait so long due to her inability to do her job efficiently. She explained the slow one was battling cancer and may not be able to return. I said i can appreciate that but there comes a time we all have to leave our work for one reason or other. My take away govvt employees think they are entitled to do their job any way they want and don’t care about who they are supposed to be doing the job for.
