Lara Logan, the journalist who gained wider renown covering war-torn spots in the Middle East for CBS News, is no longer with the network and has not been for several months.
The split, disclosed as the result of Logan making an appearance over the weekend on a podcast in which she suggested news consumers ought to get information from both liberal and conservative outlets, might come as a surprise to outsiders. Logan had been working for 60 Minutes and gained a reputation for visiting dangerous locales in Afghanistan and Iraq, often embedded with U.S. armed forces. She joined CBS News in 2002 and had been one of the units top foreign correspondents.

Just looking at a few seconds worth, she seems more interested in displaying her ta-tas than anything else.
God bless her for recovering from that heinous attack in Egypt.

yes
lol. You are correct! :D Hadn’t thought of it that way. She is more African American than 80% of American blacks.
Was she the one who got raped at a Muslim Brotherhood thingie in Egypt?
///////////////////
Yes she was. Might have had something to do with her change of perspective and might be the reason she had to go. Nothing like experiencing the reality of what you have been denying existed for many years.
Many of her stories were not a good fit with the CBS agenda. I’m sure that caused problems with her CBS minders.
And?
She’s been saying this on the lecture circuit for awhile now.
Sorry, I can’t say how long awhile but I can say at least since her recent appearance in Tulsa, OK on 2/1/2019.
She should get her own gig together like Full Measure With Sharyl Attkisson ......................
What a surprise!
Obviously nobody can be allowed to deviate from official MSM dogma without being immediately punished for it. You simply cannot admit that the MSM has a titanic hard Left bias no matter how obvious that fact is to everybody else.
In October 2012, Logan delivered a speech before the annual luncheon of the Better Government Association in which she sharply criticized the Obama Administration’s statements about the War in Afghanistan and other conflicts in the Arab world. In particular, Logan criticized the Obama Administration’s claims that the Taliban was weakening in Afghanistan, calling such claims “a major lie” made in preparation for ending the U.S. military role in that country. She also stated that she hoped that the United States would “exact revenge” for the 2012 Benghazi attack, in which U.S. diplomatic personnel were attacked and killed in Libya
She seems mighty proud of them and rightfully so.
She is an attractive woman.
She likes to do that, probably.
I think what happened to her in Egypt is what caused her to re-evaluate her left oriented predisposition.
She realized that they were going to rape her to death and only narrowly escaped
Yes, that was the worst. A lot of other things, too.
Ms. Logan was the victim of an epiphanic 'yet'.
Shes a slow learner. But at least she learned.
“...she is an African-American.”
I’m quite sure that would be considered cultural appropriation, even though she - unlike 99.9% of “African-Americans” has actually been to Africa. Most African-Americans couldn’t find Africa on a map and probably couldn’t name three countries in Africa - if they even knew that Africa isn’t actually a country.
On that note, African-Americans would be shocked to know what African natives of all persuasions think of them...
Logan was one of the very few major media correspondents I would listen to when reporting. She was different in that she did not appear either liberal or conservative but was conscientiously trying to report facts rather than narratives and stayed away from judgements or trying to raise outrage and those facts could fall on either side of the argument. And, yes,I liked her ta tas too. lol
