WASHINGTON — Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said in an interview that aired Sunday that a "crime may have been committed" when President Donald Trump fired the head of the FBI and tried to publicly undermine an investigation into his campaign's ties to Russia.
McCabe also said in the interview with "60 Minutes" that the FBI had good reason to open a counterintelligence investigation into whether Trump was in league with Russia, and therefore a possible national security threat, following the May 2017 firing of then-FBI Director James Comey.

Tell that mccabe a hole to look at the constitution and determine what role it assigned to some fed tin pot jerk like him the authority to investigate any president.
I found it shocking that McCabe said “Rosenstein said that he is never searched before meeting with the President or going to the WH so he could wear a wire”. So the President’s people never that it prudent to search people for wires, voice recorders, phone recording before meeting with the President?
They wonder how there were so many leaks in the first couple of years. Well there you go.
I personally think, this whole investigation surrounds Hillary and the sale of 20% of American uranium to the Russians. Mueller delivered the sample of uranium to the Russians. The payment of American uranium did Not go to the American treasury, but to the Clinton Foundation. Seems the whole FBI and DOJ are complicit in this charade.
