Let’s follow through on the ‘logic’ (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) of multiple genders, and in particular, of those who identify as ‘attack helicopter’.
Guns, explosives and other dangerous items, are not allowed on aircraft. Also, there are certain restrictions/regulations concerning carrying such dangerous goods across the border. All that being said, would the gubmint allow you, an Apache attack helicopter, to fly, or return to America? After all, such a machine is designed to be destructive and a danger to those flying.
How about those who identify as Mil Mi-24 “Hinds’. Does that point to Russian collusion? QUICK! CALL HERR MUËLLER!

Actually, the BATF would not allow Larry Ellis to purchase a MiG-29 on the basis that it could be converted to a weapon.
Still, people are allowed to have MiG-21 and MiG-17. Too old we weaponize, I suppose, is their logic.
But not impossible, of course.
