Because political affiliation is not protected (excepting in Washington DC).

That said, Veteran status IS protected. I suggest he sue claiming they closed his accounts based on being a veteran.

They’ll have to defend and say “no we closed it based on politics.”

Gets them on record.

A homo is a protected class.

The baker was a heterosexual and White, which are not only an unprotected classes, but the White ones are currently being phrased out [scheduled for extinction] on down the road. To be replaced by others.

If the baker had been a homosexual, his penalty would have been not as harsh, if at all.

If the baker had been homosexual, Black, and female, he would have won the lottery.
