I love Trump, but when will his advisors get him on the right argument for securing the border - THE CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENT!!!!

It is the feds constitutional duty to STOP INVASION. Illegal immigration and immigration of our enemies are INVASION.
THE CONSTITUTION is the best argument for a national emergency, if that’s what it takes, and going against things like unconstitutional court decisions and unconstitutional Congressional acts and failure to act.
WE THE PEOPLE MUST get back to the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land. The Rule of Law - FREEDOM - versus the Rule of Man - TYRANNY.
Again, here, the Constitution is solid ground for Trump to proceed - he is mandated by the Constitution to do so - even better than the Angel Moms as good as that argument may be.
And while we’re on the subject of a constitutional federal government, I hope the government stays shut down and then gradually bring back ONLY the 20% constitutional portion. Leave the $3 trillion + 80% unconstitutional portion shut down.
Reinstating the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land against the feds is the KEY to the recovery of our Free Constitutional Republic.
No, Trump was forced to declare an emergency against traitors Pelosi, Schumer and the rest of those bastards seeking to destroy this country.

Trump was forced to act by a Congress engaged in active sabotage and steps to replace a patriotic American citizenry by a more dependent, compliant illegal alien populace that will assure that the Uniparty will rule forever. Trump threatened both parties and exposed the widespread corruption of our government and his supporters must be vanquished.
The issue is being clarified, and the lines of demarcation being made brighter, thanks to PDJT.
Comgress let him down for the past 2 years. the dems have sabataged his every effort for the past 2 years.
Ryan did all he could to stop Trump’s work.
The media have tried to destroy him for over 2 years.
His advisors are way too careful on how they perceive what needs or can be done.
All who have been in Washington have advised Trump on PAST knowledge and “how it’s done”... Throw it all to the wind.. and do what has to be done... this is not normal times. If Trump is the only one being careful... his work will go undone... left in the dust of dems and corrupt actions.
The President needs to go full force into shark infested waters and do what he has to do... the laws have already been nullified by obama and the dems and judges... we are in uncharted waters... it’s time to set precedent by doing what it takes to fix this mess.
Trump should comply with Pelosi’s request to declare a national emergency over “gun violence”. Yes, declare constitution supreme over state and local laws, order DOJ to help roll-back these unconstitutional usurpations.
Lawsuits are futile but it makes for a show that nobody cares about.

We ought to be discussing the real reasons for the opposition to Trump’s campaign promise to take action to resolve the border crisis.
First, the obvious reasons:
The Democrats have adopted an open borders strategy as their only reasonable approach to regaining their political power. To wit: import voters to overcome the resistance of Americans to their policies.
Politicians of both parties are responding to the demands of their big donors who want more access to cheap labor.
Secondly, Unlikely reasons:
Desire to take care of the poor and downtrodden people of the world.
Advance the causes of multiculturalism and diversity to make the U.S. a paradise of tolerance.
The real reason:
Politicians of both parties are completely corrupt and have been bribed and co opted by the drug cartels and other criminal organizations who are enjoying massive profits in the illegal commerce associated with open borders. For the organized crime syndicate aka the Democrat Party, they are almost certainly partnered with the cartels to their mutual benefit. The Mexican government and several of the other Latin American government are co-conspirators as well as legitimate organizations. If this is really going on, the press will never report it, largely because that is a great way to have an unfortunate fatal accident.
Will the DOJ, under new management, do something about it and start investigating and prosecuting those who are culpable? The real criminals could make Manafort, Stone, and even Hillary look like people who have overdue library books.
We absolutely NEED to have a big, beautiful wall along the southern border due to the insane immigration laws passed by the open borders crowd which let the invaders stay in our country until their bogus asylum claims can be adjudicated.
AND CORRUPTION...never overlook the deep, broad corruption, which is awash in DC thanks to the trillions of taxpayers dollars that flow into that genuine sewer.
But the key is he declared the emergency with Congress’s (unknowing) blessing: by signing the budget that admits there is a problem, now it’s a fight about how much money, not principle.
I think SpewMore’s lawyers figured this out too late on Friday when they were urging Trump to sign the bill-—hoping Trump’s suspicions that SpewMore wanted him to sign would cause Trump to react and NOT sign it. I.E., SpewMore’s lawyers concluded they had been played too late.
Congress has rode the gravy train of establishment elitism for 50 years and are now afraid the people may take that away.
No mention of the wholesale bad faith by both Democrats & Republicans.
It is not apathy,it is not negligence, and it is not incompetence. The government of the US is on the side of the invaders. Look at the evidence of the last 40 years. Has the government once secured our borders? This is where we really are as a nation and we need to recognize it and say so.
IF the D’s hadn’t lied to Reagan in ‘86-’87 the border security issue would have been fixed and we wouldn’t have 20, 30 or 40 million ILLEGAL ALIENS here right now and more coming and killing, raping, robbing our American Citizens . . . while we the taxpayers foot their bills for education, medical and welfare.
The D’s and The Media obviously HATE our country and they hate us.

Trump has to fight the R’s, the D’s, the Judiciary and the Media . . . with very little help.
More specifically, after decades of unthinkingly promoting the murder of unborn Democrats for the instant gratification of winning elections with the votes of misguided, post-17th Amendment ratification women voters consider this.
Sly fox Democrats now need to keep the border open so that they have illegal votes of illegal immigrants to swing close election races in favor of Democrats to stay in power imo.

Patriots need to support PDJT in putting a stop to Democratic ballot box fraud by working with the states to enforce the 12th Amendment (12A) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A).
Enforcing 12A will put an end to unconstitutional state winner-take-all electoral votes laws imo.

Regarding Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section specifies a penalty for states that weaken the voting rights of their citizens.
”14th Amendment, Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens [emphases added] twenty-one years of age in such State."
Note that voting rights amendments ratified after 14A effectively change how the express voting eligibility criteria of 14A is to be interpreted imo.
Regarding Section 2, the congressional record shows that post-Civil War federal lawmakers had pointed out not only that only citizens have the right to vote, but when a renegade state lets undocumented Democrats vote (my wording) the state is effectively nullifying the Constitution’s “uniform Rule of Naturalization” clause (1.8.4).
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but” * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See near middle of 1st column.)

PDJT needs to work with the states to make sure that only people who present valid citizenship / photo ID cards will be allowed to vote. Such cards need to be made scannable and / or include a security chip to facilitate Democratic ballot box officials with “poor” eyesight.
