Democrats are starting to figure out that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the gift that keeps on giving . . . to Republicans.
A few days ago, Nancy Pelosi disdainfully dismissed Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal as "the green dream or whatever they call it, nobody knows what it is, but they’re for it, right?”
On today's Morning Joe, there was consensus condemnation of Ocasio-Cortez's opposition to NYC's deal with Amazon to establish an HQ in NYC, which contributed to Amazon's decision to cancel its plans. Donny Deutsch put it in starkest terms, saying Ocasio-Cortez is "extremely dangerous," and "does not know what she's talking about." Deutsch fretted that, from a Dem perspective, Ocasio-Cortez and her socialist sidekicks will "hand the presidency back to Donald Trump."

A little buyer’s remorse? Who crowned her anyway? She can’t have this momentum all by herself. There are plenty of new members of Congress who are young, some female, some ethnic, all “progressive,” some DSA types, and you never heard squat from them or about them. There are plenty of old members of Congress and you never hear squat from or about them. But this one, and the two Muslims, seem to be in the news all day, every day. Who is behind them? Whoever it is evidently thought it a good idea to make them the voices and faces of the Democrat agenda, but some on the left, such as Dummy Douche, are seeing that as a mistake. It probably was a mistake, and may the promoters live the rest of their lives regretting it.

Looks to me as though they have already done that. Getting it back doesn't take another election; it takes more decisive leadership from the Man now but we are losing ground fast.
Election? Things are breaking down fairly rapidly here now and he still has control over the events if he has military support.
It’s not that he doesn’t agree with her, but he just thinks she isn’t subtle enough about their true intentions.
The Dems big mistake was for bunches of them to quickly jump on the Green New Deal bandwagon. They should have avoided it like it was radioactive and attributed the lunacy solely to AOC. The Republicans can now point to the Green New Deal was what the liberals have in store for us if they ever get in power. Would you seriously want to vote for the party that wants to take away your cars and hamburgers and end air travel?
That’s right Donny! And the other blithering idiots in your party, which includes the media, are jumping on her bandwagon. Let us not forget that YOUR Speaker of the House gave her, Omar, Tlaib and the other, newly-elected, intellectually-challenged members of the House a national platform from which to display their ignorance and stupidity for all the world to see.
