If it is then it’s good for him that he lied to the CPD where such is a minor obstruction misdameanor and not to a Feeb where they throw you into Supermax after sending an assault team to your house at 6AM.
Good point. I expect he would say that, although he may have been “mistaken” about the call, everything else he’s claimed was the absolute Gospel truth, even when it contradicted previous claims.
