Unless the two are hunting for a way to change the date and time on a call between them, there is no reason not to sit down with detectives, with his lawyer present and have the detective simply go to recent calls, scroll down, check time, date and length of the call. Cops need not see his xxxrated gay pics. Unless no call was made.
