Things that have to be true for Jussie’s story to be true -

3. Bleach is still liquid at below zero temperatures.
4. Jussie has a perfectly valid reason not to share his phone data with police, even though he’s upset no one believes him.

6. Even though the baddies are strolling away, it makes sense for Jussie to wait 40+ minutes to call police.
7. It makes sense for Jussie to stroll past a security guard in his building and not say anything about an attack that just occurred.
8. Bad guys don’t want to take/eat his yummy Subway sandwich.
9. The actual altercation, somehow, avoided being recorded on the myriad security cameras in the area.
Yes, once you believe all the above, then his story makes perfect sense!
