McCabe was termed before he get retirement. His book is selling at amazon okay right now although I don’t know why you would want to read it. The man was found to have been untruthful at least four times by the FBI.
Trump might have considered Christie for AG instead of Sessions. If he had, none of this would have happened.
Christie would have been a great AG. The problem is that Christie had so much baggage that the chances of being confirmed by the Senate were almost zero. I would like to see Christie in some important capacity in the Administration, but unfortunately, it will have to be in a job not requiring Senate Confirmation. He was in the running for Chief of Staff, but apparently, he took himself out of that process as he didn’t think it was the right job for him. Maybe, down the road, there will be a place for him in the Administration.
