So here the Honorable Judge: "The parties are agreed that it is the government’s burden to show that there has been a breach of the plea agreement, but to be relieved of its obligations [the government] under the agreement, it [the government] must simply demonstrate that its determination [the government's determination that Manafort violated the plea agreement] was made in good faith

That's it. That's the legal standard for abrogatting a plea agreement - that you "in good faith" determined that the other party breached the agreement.

You don't have to demonatrate he breached the agreement. You just have to demonstrate a good faith basis for such belief.

And we just get all of these hooligans a fair trail and a fine hangin' to quote Judge Roy Bean.

They did the same thing to Bill Cosby. He entered a plea deal in a civil case that his testimony wouldn't be used in criminal proceedings. Then once they had it they pulled the deal and put him in jail for life. He's a miserable scumbag but it shows just what value a plea agreement is if the authorities decide it's inconvenient for them.

Bottom line, the message is clear: never enter into a plea agreement. Once they have your confession to crimes, all bets are off on any quid pro quo the offered you.
