Also shows this thing was cooked up in advance, and taken off the shelf to create a sense of urgency. No way thousands of pages were drafted in the short timeframe they were working with.
Yet, Congress will work at breakneck speed to pass “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” though. Trump better veto this pile of horse manure.

I've got an idea. Instead of spending money in foreign countries (wars and illegal adventures, regime change, foreign aid) why not pay the US government workers?
