Don't think so. President Trump just gave a very soft on camera answer about not being happy, but he was going to augment funding from other sources and he thought another partial shutdown was unlikely. Didn't outright say he would sign it, but it sure seems likely.
We shall see. Nothing in this business is a sure thing. If there is BS in this deal it will be rejected.
