Why? She checks two boxes...maybe more.
I think the test she failed is the Paramedic test.
Paramedic certification is done nationally now. The standards change frequently. My daughter is a paramedic and even though she no longer works at it full time, she does a few shifts a month to stay current.
Not defending this woman at all. If she is not pulling shifts, there is no way she is going to pass without a lot of make up work.
More important, that is WHY she got promoted!
