How could the attackers have poured bleach on Jussie Smollett in Chicago in Arctic conditions when bleach freezes at 18-19 degrees?
possibilities ?
How long does it take to freeze ?
Could have kept it in a car until they needed to use it ?
Carried inside their winter coats ?
