I’m not surprised the loony left
legislators passed this. What I am
surprised about is they put the cart
before the horse and haven’t proposed
registration laws. Without registration,
this law is totally unenforceable. About
the only way to catch someone making a
private sale is the buyer or seller
would have to be undercover law
