Mr President, we have HUGE numbers of discouraged workers not currently “in the work force” and large numbers of young INTELLIGENT Americans with dreams of starting their careers as trainees/interns.

Mr President, PLEASE have faith in your fellow American citizens. They are more than up to the job...WHEN GIVEN THE CHANCE. Don’t deny them their chance.

I agree. The labor participation rate is only .5% higher than when he took office. If the labor market is that tight with less than half a percent additional labor at work, then it must have been pretty tight when he took office. He can’t have it both ways.

I almost every single case, successful people do not have to be "GIVEN THE CHANCE".

A successful person seizes the chance all on his own. If you are waiting for someone to give you the chance, that ship has sailed long ago and you are destined to be a low-level employee or unemployed...
