I would agree....Jones at best, will only get around 40-percent of the vote, unless Moore runs again.

Presently, the three top GOP choices are Mo Brooks, Del Marsh, and Steve Marshall (the AG for the state). All three are decent choices. On the positive side, Sessions has said he won’t run. On the far remote side....Bentley (our disgraced former governor) has not been discounted, and its possible that he might get into the race to miss it up and help Jones win.

Don’t think so:

Word around the campfire is Sessions is toyin* w the idea of running again.

A lot depends on how long Shelby will linger.
