> They differ on the claim of forced oral sex.
That’s a hearsay claim. There is literally nothing other than her word that points to the accusation being true; and more than that, there CAN BE nothing other than her word to so point, based on the story. In other words: he cannot exonerate himself, no matter how innocent.
This is extortion and blackmail, full stop.
This kind of thing needs to be put down with a flamethrower, with long long jail terms for people who make evidence-less, unfalsifiable and reputation-destroying accusations. Allowing this kind of thing puts incredible power in the hands of people with no moral or ethical bar to asserting life-changing falsehoods, and ONLY to those people.
Sure, but it's nowhere near the claim of Ford that she was thrown on a bed in a house she can't identify on a date she can't identify by persons she can't identify, went home in a way she can't identify, and told people who deny being there and deny being told.
With Tyson it is not hearsay that they were in the room together, so her credibility starts there, not ends there. Fairfax's reported obscenities when discussing this don't help his credibility, either.
And, how is Tyson's claim "ancient" when it's still within the statute of limitations in Boston where it allegedly happened?

It's also the camel's nose under the tent for the Marxist " show me the man and I'll show you the crime" guilty-if-accused. Both Stalin and Che wrote on this. Women think they have "sexual immunity": but they don't. Once the Marxists take over, women will at best see their loved ones "disappeared" and at worst, forced to sexually service govt. officials without recourse: ironically, what they pretend to be suffering under todat.
