Well said D.O. Very.

I thought “The Swamp” was a few congress critters, the State Dept and maybe part of the IRS, the DOJ, and a few FBI under Bammy.

Now I understand The Swamp is huge and actively working against the middle class and mainly working for the donor class.

The corruption is in almost all aspects of our government, totally corrupted by power and pay offs. I wouldn’t be surprised if we found out a chunk of congress citters are on the Mexican drug cartel’s payroll.

Trump doesn’t kowtow to the donor class. He is fighting for us. He’s a blessing.

Ran into a woman I know who is reading “The Deep State” by Jason Chaffetz. The few things she told me, it sounds like it’s worth a read. (And I always thought she was a lib!) Maybe she was prior to Trump!

The heart of The Swamp is the handful of the biggest law/lobbying firms. The pay out the legalized bribes making bureaucrats and politicians rich when the rotate from modest government pay to law firm associates, partners and consultants.

Thanks for the response lizma2.

Yes, I think Trump appealed across party lines a bit.

Folks couldn’t reflexively say he was a Republican. I think this allowed folks to take a look and think about it more than a usual politician would have afforded them.

Yes, the past three years (actually), have been real eye openers.

If he comes out of 2020 with a big win, he’s going to get a lot more done, and especially if we get new fighting mad Senate leadership.
