Mohammedans have a long history - centuries - of genocide of Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, animists and everyone who doesn’t surrender to Islam.
I can believe that easily, because Judaism is more than 2000 years old, while Mohammad was born in 570 AD. So Jews were in what is now Israel long before Muslims.
