Larry Hogan is governor of a state the Democrats almost
totally control. The legislature is completely controlled
by Democrats and has been for decades. He won election
and re-election because the entire state populace
recognized that the Democrat candidate would
have been a disaster. Even Democrats knew that.

But all that Dem control leaves Gov. Hogan having to
to kiss up to Dems constantly. They can override his
veto anytime they wish. So the Governor is always
talking about how "bipartisan" he is. At least he
he managed to get rid of the ridicuous "Rain Tax"
imposed on the state by the out of control Dems.
But the Dems will bring it back as soon as they
get another Dem governor in office.
