The White House's advisory say Trump will arrive at the U.S. Capitol at 8:40 p.m., deliver his dramatic speech at 9:10 p.m., and leave the building with first lady Melania Trump at 9:55 pm. I'm hoping he's leaving posthaste because he's planning on throwing down the gauntlet by releasing the unredacted FISA applications and making a dramatic exit.
