I would have to say the Lt governor. As a black man he would be offended and as Lt Gov, he has the most to gain. He probably had the photo but waited for an opportune time to play his card.
Sheesh... 35 or 40 years ago the Democrats were still wearing sheets and hoods, I don’t see that being addressed or are they hiding that too?
