She'll be eligible in 2024. There is zero chance that the GOP, Democrats and 38 state legislatures will fast-track a constitutional amendment to let AOC run in 2020. It would be politically impossible and, even if it weren't, literally none of the relevant players have the slightest interest even trying to do that. So when Mike Moore says something like this, I really have a hard deciding whether he's

1. Just trolling; or
2. Delusional; or
3. Dumber than a box of rocks.
