As I read the tea leaves, this defeat is not relevant. Virginia is a blue state, it just does not know it yet. Come this November, the Senate and House of Delegates will both be majority demo_rats, with a demo_rat governor.

With this majority, they will force through this bill again to ensure as many babies as possible are murdered behind the closed doors of our modern day Auschwitz cremation factories. They will only cremate the murdered babies though, after they harvest their organs.

In a viral video, Democratic Delegate Kathy Tran acknowledged Tuesday that her bill would permit abortions at 40 weeks, the end of the third trimester, if deemed necessary to protect her mental or physical health.

"Mental health" could mean anything. We had another story here of an abortionist holding up the severed head of a baby and saying the mother could now 'get on with her life' and go to college without worrying about caring for a child. So if a pregnancy interferes in any way with whatever a mother desires, that comes under mental health.
