Well that may be, but this isn’t “possible”. This will be viewed as an extra-constitutional requirement for office, above and beyond what is required by the text. Just like term limits was found unconstitutional after the post Contract with America Republicans passed it and Clinton (yes Clinton) signed it. And SCOTUS knocked it down in about 10 minutes.
